Ok,...
Last night i cooked up saturday's calamari catch and managed not to get a single "pop".
The only difference i could think of was that i wasnt allowing the oil to get as hot as last time when i had oil everywhere!
maybe its the temperature of the oil that plays a role <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
