Canned Squid With Olive Oil And Garlic
#1
I bought a can of squid out of curiosity, I want to use it on a seafood pizza, I haven't opened it yet, and, call me dumb, but I have no idea if it was precooked or raw before being canned as it says nothing of it's state on the box the can came in. It's Ocean Sea from Lidl. Can't get fresh or frozen squid locally.

Well...we got a sea food pizza from Lidl, and opened the squid in olive oil and garlic and the addition of the squid was gorgeous! We tend to do this with ready made pizzas if I have no time to make my own...very nice

hi o.p.r.h,

so was the squid in the can pre-cooked? <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />
