Hi AK, bad luck about the occy, I've never caught any squid off Cowes pier, only those smelly swell sharks.

I had a drift around in the rowboat off Chelsea on Sunday afternoon, caught 2 small squid and lost 2, and all action was on the Yamashita 1.8, nothing on size 2.0 jigs at all, I think that the tiny squid are back! No other fish either, no gars or flathead despite a massive berley slick, bay seems pretty quiet ATM.
