Went out yesterday and caught 9 off Mandurah.Did'nt use the aurora but the water was a little murky so I tried the IKA uv green prawn pattern and caught three squid in four casts. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blueboxbullet.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ink' /> for tea <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

Ok so went out sunday and tried the aurora.Around weedbeds and sand it might be alright but over reef it sucks. They sink too quickly and you end up with salad.Star of the day was the rbwd yo zuri which I managed to lose on reef <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' /> I had a little green 1.8 yo zuri natural hanging over the side at anchor and that took its share as well

I have to confess to being a little fed up with the lack of a tackle shop in Mandurah that carries a full range of squid gear. Can anybody tell me the best place in Perth to go for jigs etc ?

Just been to Bluewater tackle in Mindarie and they had a really good range. Not very close for you though. I havent been to the other Bluewater stores, but i assume they would stock a similar range. BW in Morley just had an eging night so I reckon they would have good stocks. I have ordered from overseas in the past and got jigs from Japan cheap and fast.
