I have heard that a new squid jig is coming out on the market
it is australian designed (and patented in various countries) and made overseas
it will be made with a plastic cage to hold a live mulie, and then barbs after
it should be on the market soon !

Seen it already. Ugliest thing I've ever seen. No doubt it will catch.

how well do you think it will work compared to traditional squid jigs ?
the theory of it seems good, however you need a live bait

I can catch squid almost instantly with good conventional jigs. Hard to beat.
