We would like to let you know that new brand of squid jig will soon be available in Australian. This company is called "Martinetti" and is based out of California. Their goal is to offer high end quality squid jigs at the prices much more afordable then those ofered by other quality manufactures.
They have one completely new item on the market called "Prawn SS". These jigs are super small size 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0. When there is only small squid around it is very important to have extra small jig. They are no covered with cloth. However they been working very good when other jigs fail. It is almost imposible to make such a small size cloth covered jig.
Other jigs available are cloth covered and have full body glow. They are one of the few companies that offer size 2.0 in full body glow and cloth covered.

I am particularly impressed by the Dandy squid jigs that have Moving Sinker. The sink rate can be adjusted according to the type of retrieve you require.
