Live in Niceville, FL. Moved here two years ago from Kansas. Have asked around about squid fishing but I get blank stares. So, I proceed on my own with the great info from this forum. I did go to a few local forums and posted a link to this forum.



Maybe I will get some interest on fishing for the local squid. I am just a catfisherman from the Midwest. This saltwater stuff is all new to me but I do like eating squid. Yum yum!!!

P.S. Was at Fort Lewis, Washington for an 8 week Infantry school in 1994. It started in November. I have to say, the weather in that part of the country sucks. I will take sub zero blizzards any day over wet, windy, just above freezing weather.

We had several people from the USA visiting this site every week but they have gone a little quiet lately. For example, where is Squidly Woman gone? You will see her threads about Puget Sound. Sounds like the squid fishing is pretty good there! And the bag limits are pretty generous too.



Is there any American fishing website where I should make some efforts to promote squidfish.net?
