Hyannis Boat Report:


Went out last night from 8pm to 4am, it was slooowww!!

LOL. Two guys, maybe a 5 gallon bucket but they were big.

Maybe another week, Im going again Tuesday night, Ill post a report.

A small dragger out of Menemsha returned from the Falmouth area this afternoon and he only got about 50lbs of squid. They are not thick yet.

Out fished from 7pm to 3am saturday lot of boat out there around 60-70 boats counted. very slow night we got about 30 med to big squids. they out there go get them.

I Went out with my buddy last night @ Hyannis 1 bucket each.

12 hours stretch.

Very thin not much squid at all.

Ran ground damaged my prop.

Not a good night.

Fished Woods Hole again last night. Got a 5 gal bucket from 11pm to 4am. Was ok fishing until the seals came in and chased them all away. At the coast guard station, guys were catching them with nets off the boats.

Full moon is May 7. My guess is that Hyannis will bust open this weekend.
