2 weeks ago some guys were getting them here in Eastport Maine. I tried for them last week but only had a 1 hook lead head with a small rubber glow squid, they fell off. They seemed larger than the ones in Mass.I will head out late tonight at high tide with an official squid jig. The local paper of a week ago reported numbers of squid dead on the shores. After reading info on here I think they may have been females that died after spawning?
