Hi Guys,
I am new to squid jigging. Have tried a few times and really enjoyed it <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' /> .
I have read somewhere that attach a chemical light stick in front of your jig improves squid jigging. I went yesterday at around 6pm and got a nice squid without the light. and I put the light on when it was dark and jigged for 2 hours with nothing <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' /> . Felt like there was something grabbing but no hook ups. I wonder whether the squids went for the light stick instead of the jig? Anyone know how to use chemical light for squid jigging? I used a #3 jig with a 7 cm yellow/greenish light stick about 10 cm in front of the jig yesterday. Thanks for you advice!
