I have just read the "Squid jig design section", looks fun to take apart these old/damaged jigs <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol' /> I will give it a go too!
I have tried to take off the spikes on the back of these Javis Walker's razor back. I hated them! it is terrible! these spikes catch more snags and they point backward after a few snags (ie, pointing towards the hooks rather than the jig head). If you adjust them back, they then becomes really loose and will just turn direction again if anything latches on them ... Its time to "investigate" the design for these jigs (with a evil smile...) <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/zorro.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':th' />
