Newport, Ri - Boat Launch

Does anyone from the Newport, RI area know where i can launch my boat and park my trailer near Goat Island? Plus does anyone know the best spot for squid fishing on the boat? thanks...

To fish GI, there's a ramp at Fort Adams.....I think there may also be another one north of the bridge, but not familiar with where.

Fort Adams has boat ramp. On my way to Fort Adams, also saw someone launched a RIB inflatable on a crappy ramp on Wellington Ave.
