hello,
I am from Taiwan.
I suggest you buy the reel is shimano 2500s BB.
The rod is about 8.2 or 8.3 feet, weight is about 110g ~130g fuji concept.

at Sibu Kelong use small jigs (those size 2 ones)cast out but dun drop vertically bottom as the snags there are crazy, cast and wait for it to reach the bottom (normally it could be gauged from the slack line ), then slowly retrieve with a few twitches, the key to this is the slow retrieve. You will get the normal Che Bak or Bak Dao .[/quote]
Hey ! I am a Singaporean too, 14 Years Old ! I just wanna ask if Orange and Blue Colour Squid Jigs work on Sibu Kelong ?
