Catching Squid In East Gippsland ?

Hello all, I have recently moved to Bairnsdale, East Gippsland,Victoria. I have started to get a fair bit of fishing done and am keen to learn how to catch squid. Could somebody please tell me where the likely places to go squid fishing are down here and any other tips would be appreciated/
