[color="#0000ff"]Trip Report fo Saturday Night. Arrived 10 pm and the parking lot was full. Everybody was catching small squid, but not in great numbers. Caught 7 in 3 hours. They came in spurts, mostly around the tide shift. Will try again tonight. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

[color="#0000ff"]Trip Report for Wednesday night. Beautiful evening . . . almost no wind. Hit the bridge about 8:30 and caught 5 squid in an hour and a half. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> There were several others squidding; one guy had a bright light that was powered by a generator. His group was catching quite a few more. The average size was about 5 inches.



Oh, our normal parking spot is much smaller now that a construction company has erected a fence to enclose several large trailers. There is only room for about 6 cars now on the right side before the bridge. Will definitely be tough to find close parking on the weekend.

[color="#0000ff"]Trip report for Friday night. Cool, but calm winds. There were lots of squidders throughout the evening, but the squid were few and far between. Ended up catching 8 in two hours, which seemed to be about the average rate of the other folks we encountered. Today it is rainy and windy, but at least its warm. Not sure how that will affect tonight's squidding . . . sure to be a few people giving it a try.

[color="#0000ff"]Hot squid action this evening at the GI Bridge. More than 30 squidders took advantage of the calm weather and abundant numbers of squid. Caught well over a hundred in about 3 hours. Give it a try before they head out to sea.
