its really stupid to me. How do the number of prongs and barbs make a difference anyway??!

Jazman, are you saying if you add a sling to your spear, it will be legal? lol, but you could still use it as a hand spear anyway! it makes no difference! except, youll have a peice of rubber flapping around! Big Grin

The whole thing is really confusing, and I dont really care about it.

They need to make it abit easier to understand before ill take notice of it!
