Thanks for the tip, is that within the city area ? I'm trying to find out more, cos it seems like there isn't any china manufacturers making Eging Rods OEM. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />[/quote]
It is in Pu Tuo Suburb in Shanghai. many people referred it as the "tackle street" and there are about 10-15 tackle stores side-by-side. All fairly small shops and lot of freshwater fishing gear i think. and its about 20 mins drive from Zhong Shan Park, so not too far away. Eging rods are not in high demand and hard to get everywhere (except in japan probably?). Would be lucky if you can find a OEM manufacturer. Or otherwise any light rod with soft tips would do the job ok. Good luck! <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
