Tacoma: Those willing to battle chilly temperatures have found the fishing to be good for blackmouth. The fish seem spread around, at places like the clay banks, Point Dalco, the slag pile and Quartermaster Harbor. Trolling with flashers and squid or hoochies, or jigging with Point Wilson Darts has been effective. From local docks, anglers also are starting to catch some squid.
