Floundering around Western Port Bay, VIC

Hey Glen, I know the huge rays you mean, they weren't that big, but we saw plenty of stingrays of 1m across, and eagle rays to about 1.5m across. I do think they are spawning in the shallows, they were congragting in groups of 4 or 5 together.
