Hi there guyz,
I use razorback jigs in 4.0 or the yo zuri jig with wire so that i can attch a fillet of fish 2 the jig. I have found that this outfishes lure jigs alwayz. On razorback jigs tie the wire 2 the pins in the back and wire the bait on the back section of the jig and tie off at the end. On the yo zuri jigs the wire come with it and has a special pin 2 hold the wire. I fish the baits under a small cork.
I do know that chopped pilles also attract squid. often when burlying uo 4 fish I will c that squid r the 1st fish 2 come in the trail.
