Goggles Fogging Up

Whats the best way to stop your goggles fogging up? Of course we all spit in them and all the rest of it but alas, some days (like today) it seems despite my best efforts, the goggles are constantly fogged up! I once heard rubbing tooth paste or detergent on them resolves this age old ailment, but what next?



Sauce?



Petrol?
