my boss recently caught some squid in mexico and brought it back to the office. we all took some home and cooked it up. it was so salty and smelled kind of like bleach. i asked my boss if he had the same experience and he did. however, the people he was staying with in mexico cooked some to and he said it was excellant. any suggestions on why this may be? thanks
