I got out to the east end of the canal Thursday night. Just after high tide great conditions and there were 6 other guys giving it a go. 2/hrs into it no one pulled one in and it was down to two guys sticking it out until low tide. Very disappointed...they should have been there. might give it one last try in the next couple nights but its over an hour drive so if anyone has had luck on a different tide please let me know so I can save the gas.
