While still smallish, we cut up the larger ones for sushi and the smallest of them went into a pot of ramen whole. Wife really enjoyed the treat even if it didn't total to a lot. Given the last couple years am hoping for improving conditions. I will say the smaller ones are really tender and were good eats.
