Bout what I thought. Thanks for the reply. I think I might go on the Tuesday (RDO) as the long week end might be a bit busy. But I dont mind if there are other squidders/fishers, at least you have some one to ask for help when you might need it.
xALmoN, Type in Flinders pier into google, browse to maps, and you will find directions. I dont know billfisher tackle but from Rosebud it is about 20-30 minutes on the other side of the peninsula. It is near Hastings. An awsome long pier with weed every where. I have seen squid pulled in on both sides from the shallows to the end, high and low tide, night and day sessions. All in all as Clem said it is usually fairly productive.
