Hi again!
As I said, the rule-of-thumb, is that there are migratory Stripers in Boston Harbor on May 1st. This doesn't always apply. The run can be a few weeks early, or can be a few weeks late.
I fish behind Logan Airport (employee side), and any fish I've taken was at low tide.
I've been out with one of my coworkers and taken small schoolies (hold-overs) during the last week of February. They're out there, and as another poster said - there's no promise of fish. it's just a matter of putting the time in.
Tight Lines!
