I live out of state, am new to squid fishing, and it's not convenient for me to travel to Washington every time I'd like to squidfish. Any tips for when's the best time to go squid fishing and in what areas? The last time I squidfished was towards the end of February 2008, where we went to the Les Davis Pier in Tacoma, and we had nothing! I don't think there was even any squid there at the time.
