There were some large schools of bait (presumedly squid) most of July just outside of Clinton Harbor last year.I would see them on my sounder either going out or returning from nighttime striper trips. I even snagged one on a spro bucktail,during a daytime fluke trip.
Hoping to find them again this summer so I can actually get out with the lights and see if I can get a few.
