Goat Island By Boat?

I am From Warwick and have 21' boat that I would like to go squid fishing with.Is this an easy access from the north.I also have 1 underwater flourescent light i would like to toss off the stern.Never been before but would like to start this Month.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
