Frankston

Went down to Frankston pier this morning at around 6.30 am. Tried 4 different jigs but no luck.

Had plenty of squid follow the Shimano white jig but they wernt too keen on taking it.

Ended up leaving around 8.30 but will head back down tonight and hopefully catch a feed.

Hi Dilsky, I'm new to squid fishing normally only catch one or two on each outing. I hooked on to a big octopus last night using shimano white 3.0 jig had no idea what to do with it as it was quite big and bigget than my bag i was carrying so just brought it in close enough to remove my jig
