I went down to Coalcliff yesterday for some squid action and managed to get 4 squid in three hours using Red Yamashita squid lures. Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures because I left my phone in the car. Is there any other place I could catch squid around there?

Hey Inkky, Port Kembla breakwall on the northern side and the boat ramp area have given me a few squid when ive tried . That isnt to far from coalcliff and parking is easy , be aware they lock the gates on the northern side after 7/8pm now but you can park at the begining of the road then its a walk back if you want to stay .

There's also Hill 60 at Port Kembla.
Seen some decent squid pulled there by guys fishing for Salmon etc.
But it can be dangerous there.
