I just saw this today, looks to be an excellent aid for someone with limited hand movement, arthritis etc or in fact anyone could use it .

My girlfriend just brought me a set from Australia. Any tips on using them? Obviously, other than what's on their website? :-)

In South Australia I saw guys with a knitting needle fitted with a cork cut into a sphere about 1.5cm across. They insert it into the nether end of the squid tube after removing the wings and skin (preferably using a scaling bag) and pull it thru to turn the tube inside out.
