Yamashita Oppai Sutte and the Assist Rig

I like to try this rig in the upcoming season. Question.....

 

Does the Oppai Sutte that is used as a teaser  float or sink and if it does sink does it sink horizontally or tail up??

 

Also what knot Is used for the high snap. Is it a tiny dropper or palomar?

 

 It seems necessary that the snap be in line with the main leader so the jig sits correctly. Its essentially a drop shot rig. Yes?
