Dear Kenn,
I saw the hooks for sale at a "SportCo" store. I don't recall the price. They have different componants for sale there to possible make your own jigs. My lady friend bought some of these parts - wire, weights, paint, sticky paper (to decorate the body of the jig), etc. She is going to make them herself.
Let me know if you have get the hooks at SportCo. Take care,
I hope you catch your limit every time you're out.

Sincerely, SquidlyWoman.
