hi im tim im from SA

Im in My teens and my family have just bought a boat so i want to know the basics of spear fishing. I will do most of my fishing in Port Augusta and Baugen <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/oops.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':oops' /> ?? is that how you spell it?

MY questions include

What is a good beginning spear

What fish im likely to get in my area



i have seen many fish taken by spear around the place and last year was blessed by having 2 months on a catamaran going around australia.
