Hi BA!

Welcome to the forums. I hope that you find the forum helpful. Probably many of your questions have already been discussed (to some extent) on the forum so you might like to dig through the old posts and see what information you can uncover. There is also a squid fishing FAQ (see link below) that might be helpful to you.

We do "try" to fishing organise trips from time to time but it is a bit difficult because of the fact that we are so spread out! Perhaps its time we all tried a bit harder to be in the one spot at the same time! (so long as its not too far from me) HAHAHAHA <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

Welcome aboard,

hi BA,

yes i do like mt martha. not because its that productive..i just like the spot and its not too far for me.

i mainly go for garfish and leatherjackets these days though will try for squid in the evening usually. you can put the jig out under a float if you are lazy (like me) or work the artificial jig. I use the yamashita size 2.0 mostly..pink is a good colour. i never tried with baited jigs but i can't see why they would not work.

The easiest places to access the rocks are where all the cars are parked! just look for the largest number of parked cars and you can't go wrong.

All the best, Glen <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />
