PERIOD February 10 Fri. 12 Sun., 2006 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m.
AND HOURS: "It will be open only to buyers and press till 2:00 p.m., therefore the public will not be able to enter till then on Feb. 10th, Friday.
"Opening Ceremony will be held on Feb. 10 Fri. between 9:30 -10:00 a.m.
VENUE: Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall (Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture)
VENUE SPACE: Approximately 20,000 m
NUMBER OF BOOTHS: 150 companies 800 booths (tentative)
ESTIMATED NUMBER OF VISITORS: 50,000 (tentative)

The following persons or groups are eligible at this event
1-1. Members of Japan Fishing Tackle Manufacturers Association.
1-2. Supporting members of Japan Fishing Tackle Manufacturers Association.
1-3.Organizations admitted as an exhibitor by Japan Fishing Tackle Manufacturers Association.
(eg.)Exhibitors from abroad, outdoor leisure goods manufacturers, publishers, etc.
*Retailers and mail-order companies are not eligible to exhibit.
*Neither the organizer nor the secretariat can become anyone's guarantor to receive a visa.
2. Exhibitors:
2-1. Fishing items, fishing related goods, outdoor leisure goods related to fishing.
*Fishing rods must bear a fair trade mark issued by All Japan Fishing Rod Fair Trade Council.
Products made outside Japan must indicate the country of origin.
2-2. As a rule, exhibits have been limited to products whose rights belong to the company brand and
exclusive agencies.
2-3. Publication related to fishing.
2-4. Information materials regarding fishing place and facilities, fishing boat, fisherman's union,
transportation, etc.
2-5. Items approved by sponsor.
3.Prohibited Items:
3-1. Exhibits which violate others intellectual property or property rights.(Imitations, etc.)
3-2. Materials which may possibly cause environmental pollution, especially water pollution.
3-3. Devicers which encourage indiscriminate fishing such as casting nets, gill nets, etc.
3-4. Items which may possibly endanger people such as underwater gun, harpoon, etc.
3-5. Explosive, inflammables, or items which emit a foul smell or loud noise.
*Items which the organizer considers inappropriate for the Exhibition.
The organizer may request cancellation of exhibiting such items.
5.Prohibition on sales of exhibits:
Sales of exhibits to consumers in exhibition halls (including mail-order sales and sales by subscription) is Prohibited, except for product catalogs and those previously approved by the organizer.
6.Deadlines for application and payment of exhibition fee:
Application deadline August 31 (wed.), 2005
Deadline for prepayment (half of the exhibition fee) August 31 (wed.), 2005
Deadline for the prepayment of the remaining exhibition fee October 31 (Mon.), 2005
*Fill out the application form and submit it along with half of the exhibition fee as prepayment.
Without the prepayment, your application will not be accepted. The maximum number of booths you may apply for is 40, as a rule.
However, please note that we may not be able to meet your requests,
depending on the number of applications we receive.
'If the remaining exhibition fee is not paid by the deadline, your application will be canceled. *In case you cancel your application, neither the prepayment nor the remaining fee will be refunded.
