where to find Bobtail Squid in Sydney?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows where to find Bobtail squid (Dumpling squid) in shallow waters around the Sydney region?

 

i know people see them diving but i was curious if anyone has found them in lagoons or estuaries as i was looking to take pictures of them for a school assignment.

 

I've found them in shallow waters in the south coast of NSW but havent heard anything about finding them in Sydney without diving.
