Where Can You Buy This Jig?

I saw this jig in a post that calamariman made a while back. These were homemade by him and i was just wondering if anyone knew where i could buy that base that he uses for his jig.

Ya, I just bought a bunch of his new ones! I just really liked the design of that custom jig and was wondering how he got that texture and pinkish holographic look!
