Hi my friends, yesterday night i went to bontany bay and use my "DIY" black colour squid jig,

caught 3 of 2 kg squid within 1 hour, 5 under 1 kg squid as well. proof black colour jigs they do the work!!!

please try it on and say thank you to me after you catch a big one.

ps . please make sure is "full moon" or very bring moon.

good to know that there are big squids out there in botany. being shorebased i only catch small ones at this time of the year.

and maybe post a photo of your DIY jigs? <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/zorro.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

hi mate, when my wife was taking photo of me, the jig hook was off the squid.....might be the squid is too heavy or its made in china..haha..

will DIY the new one before easter coming. but just a bit tips for you is when you put the black colour on, try to put a bit white dot on the jig.

i do have the squid photo but not the jig any more. she helped me to catch a lot of squids during full moon time......but now........

new one is coming. busy at work these day. after will show you how to make it for sure.~~
