Hello From Fisho In Bayside Melbourne!

Hey there!! hope everyone is well on this site,

I'v been a lurker for a while, squid wisperer for a long while.



I grew up in Bayside Melbourne and now live in Elsternwick.

Mostly fish between Stkilda and Sandringham in a boat ,also rye sorrento area in boat

I like fishing for squid with jigs and also like fishing for flathead with Soft/p,



I think there is alot more to squid fishing than meets the eye!! hmmm,



My next big challenge soon is to find a jig that will land some of the mysterious giant arrow squid that have been attacking whiting and soft plastic lures off Appolo bay in Victoria.

Any one else here like to share some bass straight jiging tips or have seen or caught what i'm talking about, please let us know!!!

welcome to the forum! i hope you start getting heaps of arrow squid! they are fairly aggressive and easy to catch.
