Which Fish Should I Use As Bait For Squid Fishing ?

I havent use before Baited Squid-Jigs for Squid Fishing. What kind of fish are usually used to place into the Metal Jig as a bait ?

my bait of choice is always yellowtail maybe because they are easy to catch with a bit of bread burley and a sabiki jig. you can also buy them from the shops, try to get your hands on the smallest ones. The jags too, they come into a few different sizes (lengths) depending on the size of bait you use. other bait fish you can also use are spotted whiting, garfish, mullet and hering. Hope this helps. i also havent tried these jigs b4 but i reckon you should try whiting and pilchards bcause as whiting are bottom feeders squid thinks they are a easy meal

Mate whiting is the best and pilchards us not bad bit the only downside is pilly's tend to fall off because there week !!!
