I mainly use 3.5s and for 10m of tension fall I count 30. It all depends on how heavy the jig is, how deep the water is, how strong the current is and whether you let it free fall or tension fall. Free fall is faster but tension gives you more "fly-time". Most of the Japanese makers put a fall speed of seconds/m on the box. That should be a rough guide. Or try it somewhere you know the depth and can easily tell when it hits the bottom.
