Hi all, thought i would share a recipe with you that i enjoy, just getting over the old salt and pepper squid a bit. Probaly similar to many recipes out ther but it is quick and easy.
Cut up how ever much squid you want, i cut it into strips.
Finely chop 2 good size cloves of Garlic
2 dried Chillies, chopped finely
Salt and cracked pepper to your liking
The juice from 1 lemon
Roughly a cup of olive oil or canola oil
Place all into a bowl and mix around, cover and put in fridge for an hour or two.
Get your barby plate nice and hot lay your squid out don't leave it for too long, cook the other side you'll know when it's ready, around a minute is all it takes.
