Sounds like my kind of squidding partner <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> , Yes me,sfoxnh,1tym caught squid in Nut Island in quincy over this summer.. The squid we catch here in Boston is a bit smaller and doesnt run like they do in Newport but good enough to go after them.I believe we can catch them June-Sept, I too was surpised that we could catch squid right in our backyard but 1tym (Kevin) has proven us wrong...
