If this is a regular calamari then absolutely you can eat the head and tentacles. If you're talking about humboldt squid then no. The suction cups on the humboldts have teeth. You have to remove the skin on all squid specially the humboldt since they also have a membrane under the skin and on the inside of the tube. Hope that helps.
