Mid May last spring was around the time we really killed em...into June. Imo, don't just stick to one or two spots.
Explore the surrounding waters. When you find an area that doesn't look busy or fishy, fish it.
Always have smaller jigs stocked. Little jigs have saved many nights of skunkings.
Most importantly, gotta put the time in. I know its easy to say but tough to swallow with these ridic
