Tamar squid - TAS

Hi Martin,



I fished the Tamar once at Beauty Point. I got a nice arrow squid (the only one I ever caught) and I lost some southern calamary too. I was fishing from shore around the township where there was some very bright lights.



I believe you would have some excellent squid fishing more to the west. Near the Nut..I think Stanley is a good place.



As for depth, they can be both shallow and deep.



With the float, if the water is wavey, then the float will always be moving up and down (as waves pass) and so there is no need to do anything except wait for the squid.
