I explain what "OKIZUKE" is.
First of all, prepare middle sized plastic bowl. And put 500ml of soy source, 500ml of sweet sake called "MIRIN", 500ml of Japanese sake. Mix it. Make sure lid is tight closed.
Bring it to the spot where you fish squid.
When you catch squid, put it into the bowl while squid is alive.
Squid drinks up mixed sauce right away and die.
Don't worry that squid's ink come out to the sauce. It gets black.
Let it be for at least 3 hours.
Go home and cut the squid with gut.
Hopefully, eat them with your favorite Sake.
