Not sure what kind of squid you have but my wife says to pour hot water over it as you peel it off. If you want them for sashimi its tricky <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />
